Both packet milk (pasteurized) and UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) treated milk in Tetra Paks offer similar benefits, as both processes aim to kill harmful bacteria while preserving most of the milk's nutrients. However, UHT milk may experience slight reductions in certain heat-sensitive vitamins, like vitamin B12 and thiamine. For those prioritizing nutrient retention and a natural flavor, pasteurized packet milk might be preferable.
